    Why should I update my counterfeit detector?
    Central banks are constantly revising their banknotes to incorporate the newest security features and make it even harder for counterfeiters to succeed. Safescan’s dedicated currency management team makes sure your device keeps pace with these changes by updating the device’s software.

    How do I update my Safescan device?
    To update your Safescan product when new banknotes are released, visit the product details page for the device on Safescan.com. In the Downloads section, you will find not only the latest software update for your device, but also manuals, product sheets and brochures. You can also visit the global downloads page on our website here

    Each update kit contains detailed instructions. If you can’t find the information you need, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department for help.

    Where can I find my product manual?
    Your product manual is enclosed in the product package. If you no longer have your manual, you may be able to download one: visit the product details page for the device on Safescan.com and click on the Downloads section, where you will find all the downloadable content related to your device, such as software updates, product sheets and brochures.     What does shipping cost?
    We work hard to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, without surcharges for delivery to remote areas. To ensure the fast, accurate delivery of your order, we use the reliable services of UPS. Please see the table of shipping rates for detailed information.

    When will I receive my order?
    If we receive payment for your order before 16:00 CET, we will process it that same day. Provided all items are in stock, you will receive it in 1–3 workdays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next workday.

    As soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including a unique UPS parcel tracking number. To trace your package’s status in real time, visit www.ups.com and enter your tracking number on the left side of the page. UPS delivers between 8:00 and 18:00 Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
